Plenty of clients ask us to stay on once the building is occupied. We take regular contracts as well as one-off deep cleans, and we are happy to quote on cleaning work that falls outside post-construction entirely.
Schedules are built around how the building is actually used: before opening, after closing, or overnight. For education settings that usually means term-time patterns and a deeper clean in the holidays. If you have a requirement that does not fit neatly into a category, ask us anyway.
