Fit-outs leave dust in places a normal clean never reaches. Exposed ductwork, cable tray, track lighting and ceiling grid all hold construction dust that drops back down days after the trades leave.
We clean high to low so nothing settles back onto finished surfaces. That means ductwork, tray and light fittings first, then partitions and glazing, then floors last. Glazed partitions and balustrades are cleaned both faces, and vinyl or timber flooring is lifted back to its proper finish rather than simply swept.
