This policy explains what personal information Roza Cleaning Solutions collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We are the data controller for that information.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into our contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the property type and handover date you tell us about, and the content of your message. We do not ask for anything else, and we do not buy personal information from anyone.
Our contact form also records the time the page loaded and includes a hidden field that genuine visitors leave empty. Both are anti-spam measures. Your IP address is used to limit how many messages can be sent from one connection in a short period. None of this is used to identify or profile you.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and quote for the work. That is the only reason. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest — responding to someone who has deliberately contacted us about a job.
We do not send marketing emails, and we never sell or share your details with third parties for their own use.
Who handles it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery provider acting on our instructions. They process the message only to deliver it and are not permitted to use it for anything else. Our website is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Where we carry out work, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it for our business and tax records, then delete it.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If you switch the site between light and dark mode, that preference is stored in your own browser so the site remembers it on your next visit. It is never sent to us and identifies nobody.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will deal with it — there is no charge and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
