Four Stages, Every Job
Site visit. We look at the property in the state it is actually in, agree the scope with you, and quote a fixed price. No estimates over the phone.
Clearance. Offcuts, packaging and protective sheeting come out first, so there is a clear space to work in.
Deep clean. High-level surfaces down to floors. Ductwork, tray and fittings first, then glazing and joinery, then floors last, so nothing settles back onto finished work.
Handover walk-through. We walk the site with you before we leave. Anything you are not happy with, we put right there and then.
